It's simple. First, go to Imageshack at imageshack.us
Then, you browse for the picture. When you find it, double click on the image file and then hit the host it! button (back on imageshack)
After that, you just need to copy the thing in the box that says "Thumbnail for Forums 1" and then pate it here. Then submit the post
**click on the thumbnails in order to view the full picture, which will help you see what I'm pointing to**

She means getting the pics onto her computer to begin with
oh by the way imageshack is slow and the images go away after sometime

Oh. In that case, you remove the memory card from the camera and place it into the computer (you may have to buy a special cable that hooks one end into the computer and has the other end as a dock for the memory card). Then just copy and paste the images.
